On May 17 was launched the NATO Advance Study Institute in Genoa, Italy 2010 (ASIGE10) which was devoted to training of National Level specialists, which are deeply involved in development of National e-Governmental Systems. Developments of such systems have already started particularly in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other CIS and Central Asian countries.

Besides being invited lecturer, scientific committee member and involved in various organizational works Dr. Artak Barseghyan made presentation concerning expression of needs and some technical issues which are very important for building security architectures. Some hacking tools that use hackers and definition schemes for protecting e-governmental systems were discussed.

These kinds of meetings are very important for further development of this sector. "Unfortunately this sector is developing very slowly even in developed countries", said Dr. Artak Barseghyan during phone conversation from Italy.

Scientific committee of the NATO ASI was formed from 5 Countries: Italy, Armenia, Netherland, France, Belarus. Dr. Barseghyan was the head of Armenian delegation VIP members from Administration of the President of Armenia, National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Ministry of Education, Engineering Academy of Armenia and Youth Academy.

This was very serious step for Armenia to be involved in such important international level meeting with such big delegation where high level was guaranteed as NATO, Italian Institute of Technology, Cisco and many other professional structures were involved.

"We plan to organize in Armenia such international event and assist Armenian IT security specialists and organizations cooperation with international organizations and delegations", added Dr. Barseghyan.

Only during one year he has presentations concerning information security, cyber security, cyber terrorism, dark web, hacking attack schemas, prevention and protection methods, legislation and more in various international , national and local meetings in Italy, Spain, Israel, Switzerland, Moldova, Finland, Armenia. Thanks to such active professionals, let us hope that information security issues will have serious level in Armenia.
